Is It Possible to Lose Weight Quickly in Two Weeks

The question that arises in everyone’s mind that what kind of diet you should follow to lose weight in two weeks. You should eat nutrient-dense food, which means do not look at calorie-dense foods.

 

You must realize one thing that your body slowly starts adapting to the new diet plan; therefore, you need to stick to the diet plan because after any meal plan for one or two weeks, if you again start eating the way you are eating before, then, you will again begin to gaining weight. So, the idea is to eat everything which is healthy in terms of nutritional value and still maintain weight and fat percentage. This plan is an example to make you understand what you should eat and what not, and you can make changes according to your needs.

 

Lose Weight Quickly in Two Weeks

 

Morning 

 

On an empty stomach, I suggest having Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with warm water, or if you are allergic to Apple Cider Vinegar, then have lemon water. Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning will maintain pH levels, regulate blood sugar, lower blood pressure, and accelerate weight loss. Apple Cider Vinegar strengthens protein, enzymes, and friendly bacteria. If you buy normal Apple Cider Vinegar, it looks like plain apple juice, and I don’t recommend you use this. Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar is readily available and undoubtedly beneficial for your body.

 

Breakfast

 

For breakfast, have something healthy: lots of protein and fiber that will keep you going for hours. These fights against hunger help avoid untimely snacking. You can have a boiled egg and cabbage egg omelet if you like eggs. If you are a vegetarian, then have a semolina pancake. This semolina is made from wheat but has healthy carbs that help you go through the day. Also, have a cup of green tea along with your breakfast.

 

In between breakfast and lunch, you can have a cup of milk tea or coffee if you wish to, along with five almonds. Don’t snack on energy bars, chips, biscuits, etc.

 

Lunch

 

For lunch, you can have chapati. To fill your stomach:

  1. Have 1 Chapati with lentils, salad, and mento-granted satin. You can also have brown rice if you don’t have chapati at lunch.
  2. Don’t eat white rice as it has lots of carbs.
  3. Have brown rice because it is rich in good carbs and proteins and keeps you full for a long time.

 

Evening

 

In the evening, have slices of brown bread or multi-grain bread instead of having something fried. But check the ingredients, and then buy. It should not have wheat flour, refined flowers, or any sugar added. You may have tossed bread with almond butter, sunflower seed butter, or peanut butter because this has healthy fats and keeps the hunger away. Try buying pure, organic, and unsweetened butter, as most of these have preservative flavors and unhealthy oils added to them. Apply butter moderately and enjoy with a cup of green tea.

 

Dinner

 

Now let’s come to dinner. If you have chapatis for lunch, then eat brown rice for dinner. Limit the quantity to One cup of rice; remember, portioning is the key. You can have brown rice or wild rice with chicken liver, roasted chicken, etc. You can also have a bowl of soup or a bowl of lentils or one chicken breast or fish, etc. Oily curry, gravy, and red meat wouldn’t be a good choice, so avoid eating, especially at dinner.

Also, have a cup of green tea after 30-45 minutes, but if you have sleep issues, have a cup of green coffee as it is caffeinated.
